Practice Manager
Reporting to the Accounts Director you will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years experience of managing an accounting team. Candidates will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to provide effective leadership, direction and motivation to the team within Stark Main & Co. You will also be responsible for providing effective performance management and team development opportunities.
You will have responsibility for the development and oversight of the finance function within the company and associated entities and will play an active role in achieving the commercial success of the firm.
In the above role you will require a high degree of IT literacy. Current packages utilised include IRIS, SAGE, Quickbooks, MS Office, INVU document management. Exposure/experience of these packages would be beneficial.
